Terms of Service
Commissions are for personal use only. Artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners, but may not be used for profit. Please contact me via email for commercial works; there will be additional fees for commercial rights.Any A/I use is strictly prohibited! I will post on my socials unless you specifically ask it to be kept off!Listed prices are the base price. Please understand that the price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.I have every right to decline a commission for any reason.Please wait patiently for your commission to be finished. Rush orders with a specific deadline will incur additional fees. Turn around time for simpler peices will be around two weeks, and around one month for more complex work as i work a day job. You are welcome to ask for updates if there hasn't been one in awhile! I normally provide updates at each major stage of the process.Reposting and sharing the artwork is ok! but please give credit to my X account @HweiKadahPlease provide visual references. Non-visual references will result in a design fee, and may result in your comm being declined if I am not open for design work at the time. Providing full references helps me guarantee that I can better fulfill your request and help create your vision!Payment
Payment is via PayPal only. An invoice will be sent by me. Any order that is $30 USD or below will require upfront payment IN FULL.A deposit of at least 50% (NON-REFUNDABLE) must be paid before I start working on any commission above $31 USD. Once the sketch and flat colors are approved, the remaining balance must be paid in full before I continue working and finish up your request.If for reasons you need to cancel your commission after paying the 50% deposit but BEFORE the sketch as been approved, I can give a partial refund (I will keep 25% of the total cost minimum).In the event that i cannot complete a commission for any reason, I can give a partial refund depending on how much I have finished. (I will keep 25% of the total cost minimum).Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior against me during the process will result in me canceling the commission. You will be refunded for the commission upon cancellation by me, but I will be keeping 50% of the total payment.Process
I will send progress images of the sketch, once your sketch has been approved I will complete the flat colors. Once you have approved the flat colors I will begin to render. Three (3) minor revisions may be requested once I begin to render and ink. More than three (3) will incur an additional fee that must be paid in full before I proceed to make adjustments.Once the finalized artwork is accepted, I will email you full res .png files of the work and any other file formats you may need.
